Capolarello Project

Nestled in the rolling hills of West Chester, PA, Steve & Vicky Capolarello sought to enhance their property for an upcoming event. After meeting with several contractors, Evergreen Hardscaping won their respect and trust, initiating the design phase of the project.

Understanding the need for the outdoor space to blend seamlessly with the natural backdrop of the property, Evergreen made specific product recommendations for the installation. After a few revisions, a final design was agreed upon, and the project commenced.

The centerpiece of the project was a pond inspired by a design Vicky had seen at a local garden center. Evergreen used this template to create a two-pond boulder fieldstone water feature that accentuated the space. Measuring 16’ x 32’, the two ponds provided the perfect blend of water flow and sound, enhancing the beauty of the natural flagstone patios.

A wood-burning fireplace and pergola were added to the upper patio area, providing a space for year-round entertainment. Slab steps were used to create a winding staircase leading down to the lower patio and fire pit area, overlooking the valley below. CAST low voltage lighting was installed to highlight the beauty of the installation and add a level of safety while navigating the space.

Evergreen Hardscaping created a stunning destination for the Capolarello’s to host their daughter’s bridal shower and enjoy for years to come with family and friends.
