The Land Project

Tucked away on a farmette in Middletown, DE, Fred and Dawn Land had their own ideas of creating the ultimate outdoor living space. Starting with their pool project and parlaying that into a complete outdoor living space, the Land’s took their ideas to South & Main Designs. From there, Evergreen Hardscaping constructed an elaborate outdoor kitchen, with adjacent island and custom polished blue stone counter tops, that all sits below the custom white cedar pergola. The custom fireplace was built as the center piece to the living space. Flagstone patios were added to finish off the space. CAST low voltage lighting was used to accent walls, patios and surrounding landscape.
