Located in historic Mullica Hill, NJ, Scott & Stephanie Berry’s vision for their property began many years ago. After moving into their home, they created a landscape design to be implemented over time. Phase one started shortly after they moved in, and the project reached completion about 10 years later. The Berrys had strategically mapped out a plan, knowing it would come together over a period of years.

This remarkable project features a custom gunite swimming pool with Pocono flagstone coping, a sun shelf, a stone waterfall, and a dive rock. The sun shelf, benches, and steps are all finished with Pocono flagstone, while the pool perimeter is lined with Quarry Cut stone veneer, offering a unique alternative to traditional tile.

The outdoor kitchen is large enough to seat 10 comfortably and is equipped with both gas and charcoal grills, allowing for versatile cooking options for any size event. A custom stone fireplace and pavilion provide cover and warmth, comfortably seating 12 to 15 people. The fireplace combines the best of both worlds with a wood-burning option and a natural gas log lighter for a roaring fire in minutes.

For additional entertainment, an in-ground trampoline is available for the little ones when they’re not in the pool. The entire installation is accented with a CAST low voltage lighting system, while a Jerith aluminum fence secures the perimeter. Plant materials were sourced over time, ensuring a strategic installation that provides just enough privacy for all to enjoy.
