Ireland Project

Adjacent to White Clay Creek State Park, Jim and Cec Ireland sought to enhance their already breathtaking view. Jim collaborated with Evergreen Hardscaping personnel almost daily to ensure the integration of key features throughout the project.

Pennsylvania Antiqued Flagstone was the cornerstone of this entire project, used for pool coping, patios, walls, steps, and the firepit. Vertical surfaces were split and stacked to create beautiful veneers, while native boulders and slabs were strategically placed to manage elevation changes in the yard. This allowed Evergreen Hardscaping to seamlessly tuck the firepit into the far back corner of the yard.

A split rail fence was installed to maintain a natural backdrop, and CAST low voltage lighting was used to accentuate walls, columns, and the surrounding landscape. The result was a harmonious blend of natural elements and expert craftsmanship, enhancing the property’s scenic views.
