Land Project

Tucked away on a farmette in Middletown, DE, Fred and Dawn Land envisioned creating the ultimate outdoor living space. Starting with their pool project and expanding into a comprehensive outdoor area, the Lands brought their ideas to South & Main Designs. From there, Evergreen Hardscaping turned their vision into reality.

Evergreen Hardscaping constructed an elaborate outdoor kitchen featuring an adjacent island and custom polished blue stone countertops, all sheltered by a custom white cedar pergola. The custom fireplace was designed as the centerpiece of the living space, providing warmth and ambiance.

To complete the space, flagstone patios were added, creating a seamless and elegant flow throughout the area. CAST low voltage lighting was used to accentuate the walls, patios, and surrounding landscape, enhancing the beauty and functionality of the space during evening hours.

The result is an exquisite outdoor living space that perfectly blends functionality, aesthetics, and the natural beauty of the farmette, offering the Land family a luxurious and inviting area to enjoy year-round.
