The Taylor Project
In the spring of 2012, homeowners Tom & Nanci Taylor reached out to Evergreen Hardscaping to rehabilitate their 10-year-old swimming pool. After meeting with Scott and his design team, a comprehensive plan was created, and the project began.
The original concrete patio, generic bullnose coping, and ceramic tile were removed to make way for high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Evergreen Hardscaping utilized Quarry Cut Natural Stone veneer instead of traditional tile, and Tennessee flagstone was chosen to cope the pool and steps. Turkish travertine was used to finish all patio areas, creating a cohesive and elegant look.
The project also included a custom-built gourmet kitchen with a pergola to provide seating and shade for the entire family. Additionally, a custom-built fireplace was installed for cozy fall evenings. The entire area was enclosed with a Jerith aluminum fence and accented with CAST low voltage lighting. Plantings were added later that year to complete the project and enhance the natural beauty of the space.
The result was a stunning transformation that combined functionality, aesthetic appeal, and comfort, providing the Taylors with an outdoor living space they can enjoy year-round.
