The Berry Family

Located in historic Mullica Hill, Scott & Stephanie Berry’s vision started many years ago. After moving
into their home, they created a landscape design that was to be implemented over time. Phase one
started shortly after they moved in, and the project came to completion about 10 years later. They had
strategically mapped out a plan knowing it would come together over a period of years. This project
boasts a custom gunite swimming pool with Pocono flagstone coping, sun shelf, stone waterfall and dive
rock. The sun shelf, benches and steps are all finished with Pocono flagstone while the pool perimeter is
lined with Quarry Cut stone veneer; in lieu of traditional tile. There is an outdoor kitchen large enough
to seat 10 comfortably. With both gas and charcoal grills, you have the ability to cook for any size event.
The custom stone fireplace and pavilion create enough cover and warmth to comfortably seat 12 – 15
people. The fireplace brings the best of both worlds … a wood burning fireplace with the convenience of
a natural gas log lighter will create a roaring fire in minutes. Let’s not leave out the in-ground
trampoline to entertain the little ones when they are not in the pool. A CAST low voltage lighting system
accents the entire installation; while a Jerith aluminum fence secures the perimeter. Plant materials
were sourced over a period of time, ensuring a strategic installation that creates just enough privacy for
all to enjoy.
